The general terms and conditions apply to all orders and deliveries between FILIA d.o.o. and their customers who buy through the online store / webshop www.kalk-natura.hr.
The terms of business and use are subject to the Law on Trade, the Law on Consumer Protection, the Law on Obligations, the Law on Electronic Commerce and the Law on Electronic Signatures.
By using these websites, the Customer confirms that he is familiar with and agrees with the Terms of Purchase.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
These terms of purchase define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and returning or complaining about the products offered on our website.
The supplier (Seller) of the goods offered on these pages is FILIA d.o.o., Poljana Otona Kučere 21, 23 000 Zadar, OIB: 96680761799, MBO: 4548469, and the Buyer of the goods is a visitor to the online store who selects at least one product, fills out the electronic order form and sends it To the seller.
www.kalk-natura.hr is the registered domain of FILIA d.o.o.
All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT at the applicable rate. Prices and other benefits that are in effect on the day the order is received are valid.
The minimum order is 1.00 EUR.

ORDERING
Ordering goods in the Kalk-natura STORE is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Ordering procedure:
– Kalk-natura TRADING offers its customers its products
– By clicking on BUY, the product is added to the basket.
– On the top right of the online store page is a symbolic view of the shopping cart. By clicking on that field, the customer is shown the currently selected products, and if necessary, the customer can make changes.
– When the Customer is sure that he wants to complete his purchase, he must click the ORDER option.
– The customer can make the purchase as a registered user or as a non-registered user, which is selected in this step.
– In the Order Specification, the Customer enters the Name and Surname, Address, Phone number and E-mail.
– In this step, the Customer must indicate that he accepts the Terms of Use by clicking on the attached box.
– After choosing the payment method, the Customer goes to the next step by clicking the ORDER option, or returns to the previous step by clicking RETURN.
– The customer receives an automated order confirmation by e-mail (Order Confirmation).
– The purchase was realized the moment Filia d.o.o. receives payment to his giro account.
– The shipment is confirmed via e-mail, and the invoice is delivered together with the delivered product.
PAYMENT METHODS
The customer can make the payment by credit card (one-time), general money order or internet banking. In case the Buyer wants to pay cash on delivery, he pays the amount of the invoice to the delivery service when picking up the shipment.
Credit cards that can be used to pay are: Visa, MasterCard.
For secure authorization of payments on our website, we use the services of our partner T-Com and their Pay Way system, which ensures secure online credit card transactions. All online payments made through our pages are made through a connection protected by data encryption and a special algorithm.
If the Customer chooses the method of payment by direct deposit or internet banking, the product is sent when Filia d.o.o. receive payment to your giro account.

ORDER CANCELLATION
In the event that the ordered product is not available or cannot be delivered for any reason, the Seller will inform the Buyer (electronically, in writing or by telephone) of the aforementioned. The customer can then accept the new delivery date, cancel the order or choose another product.
If the Buyer decides to cancel the order, the Seller will return the money to him no later than within 7 working days of the cancellation.
If the Customer decides to cancel the order before the product has been sent for delivery, no costs will be charged.
If the Buyer decides to return the product after receiving it, the refund or replacement of the product will be made within 7 working days upon receipt of the specific product at the Seller’s headquarters.
DELIVERY
We deliver the ordered products to renowned delivery services (Hrvatska pošta, GLS, HP Express and others).
Delivery prices are displayed at: www.kalk-natura.hr and include the corresponding VAT. Shipping prices are activated when ordering.
The delivery deadline for the territory of the Republic of Croatia is three working days, except for shipments delivered to islands for which there are no timely and regular traffic connections, and the stated delivery deadline is extended by two working days.
Delivery terms do not include:
- day of receiving the order;
- delay time due to incorrect and incomplete recipient address;
- Saturdays and Sundays, as well as holidays and public holidays according to Croatian regulations.
For orders paid by the customer via a general payment slip or internet banking, the term starts from the moment FILIA d.o.o. receives payment to his giro account, and for orders paid by the customer with a credit card, the delivery deadline is 2 days after the order is placed.
When taking over the goods, the customer is obliged to check for possible damages and immediately report them to the delivery person who delivered the goods, or refuse to take delivery of a shipment with visible external damages. The seller is not responsible for damages that occur in the domain of the delivery service, but in agreement with them will provide service to the customer and resolve the situation to the customer’s satisfaction.
The goods are insured against loss during delivery, and the customer has 15 days from the order submission to receive notification. If he does not receive any notification or delivery from the Seller, or from the postal service, he must notify the Seller so that he can take action to find the shipment or send a replacement.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
The ordered products will be stacked in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport.
The buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment during collection and if the shipment has external damage, he does not accept it but immediately returns it to the delivery person with a note that the product is damaged.
The customer has the right to cancel the order and inform us about it by e-mail: info@kalk-natura.hr or at FILIA d.o.o. Poljana Otona Kučere 21, 23000 Zadar, within 15 days from the day of receipt of the shipment. You must return the received products, together with the original invoice, undamaged in the original packaging and in an unchanged quantity within 15 days from the day of receipt of the goods. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return. Return costs are covered by the Buyer. We will return the money for the paid goods within 8 days of our receipt of the product. The cost of the refund is charged to the Customer.
If it is a cancellation of the order that does not include the return of the product, but only cash payments, the money paid will be returned to the customer within 8 days of receiving the Customer’s request for the refund of the amount paid.
The customer has no right to return the product in cases determined by Article 49 of the Law on Consumer Protection.
The customer has the right to exchange the delivered products in the event that the product was delivered that was not ordered or if it is a product with qualitative defects. Complaints must be reported to the seller by e-mail at info@kalk-natura.hr. In the manner agreed with the Seller, the product together with the original receipt should be returned undamaged in the original packaging and in the unchanged quantity together with a written complaint that must include the reason for the exchange within 8 days from the date of receipt. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return. Replacement costs are borne by FILIA d.o.o.
